Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order on levabear.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Who we are

What we sell

Children's clothing, from babies to teens. Each item's description, sizes and materials are on its product page. Colours in photographs may look slightly different on different screens.

Using the site, and accounts

You can order with or without an account. Accounts sign in with Google. The site may be used only for lawful purposes, and without harming the site or other users.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are final and include VAT as required by law. Shipping is shown separately at checkout, before you pay. You can view prices in shekels or dollars, but every order is charged in Israeli shekels (ILS); a dollar figure is a conversion for reference only, and your bank may apply its own rate.

Payment is taken on the secure page of our payment provider, Cardcom, by card or PayPal. Card details never reach us. A receipt or tax invoice is issued for every order as required by law.

Orders are subject to stock. If an item you ordered has sold out, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Shipping

We ship within Israel and abroad. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Shipments abroad may be subject to customs and taxes in the destination country, which are outside our control.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of receiving the document with the order details, whichever is later. Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months, if the sale included a conversation with the shop (including electronic communication).

How to cancel: use the "Cancel an order" link at the foot of every page, or contact us at the contact form (levabear.com/contact). Please include your name, order number and a phone number or email.

Items are returned unworn with the original tag, by courier collection or through our shipping partner. We refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Cancellation fee: at most 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. No fee is charged when the cancellation is because of a defect, a mismatch with the description, or late delivery.

Defects and mistakes

Received a faulty item, or not what you ordered? Contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, with no cancellation fee.

Intellectual property

The photographs, videos, design and text on the site belong to Levabear or are licensed to it. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

Liability

We make every effort to keep the information on the site correct. Our liability for indirect damage is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Minors

Purchases on the site are meant for adults. A minor who orders needs a parent's consent.

Privacy and accessibility

How personal information is used is explained in the privacy policy (levabear.com/privacy). The accessibility statement is at levabear.com/accessibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not take away your right to go to any court that has jurisdiction by law, including where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. Every order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.
