Who provides the service

levabear.com is run by [to be completed], company no. [to be completed], [to be completed]. This statement follows regulation 35 of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Level of accessibility

The site was made accessible in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA. We also work to WCAG 2.1, and review and update the site's accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Below are points worth knowing about, mostly parts provided by other companies, each with the way to get help.

Adjustments made

· Full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator. Every panel closes with Escape and returns focus to whatever opened it. · A "skip to content" link at the top of every page. · Headings and landmarks marked (header, navigation, main content, footer). · Every button, link and icon has a name a screen reader announces. · Text alternatives for images. · Every form field is joined to a label, and error messages are announced when they appear. · The page language is marked and follows the language chosen, so a screen reader pronounces it correctly. · Anyone who has asked their system for reduced motion gets a site with almost no animation.

The accessibility button in the corner of the screen can enlarge text, raise contrast, stop animation and videos, and underline links. It is a convenience. It does not replace the accessibility of the site itself, and the site is accessible without it.

Points worth knowing

· The payment page is run by the payment provider, Cardcom. Its accessibility is its own responsibility, and you can contact us for help at any stage of a purchase. · The videos on the site are mood clips with no sound and no information that is not also in the text. They can be stopped with the accessibility button. · Links to Instagram and WhatsApp lead to services run by Meta, whose accessibility is its own responsibility. · If text over a photograph is hard to read, switch on high contrast in the accessibility button, or contact us and we will send the information in writing.

The site is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on computers and phones (Windows, macOS, iOS and Android), and for use with a keyboard and assistive technologies.

Physical service

The business has no premises open to customers. All service is given through the site and the contact routes at the foot of this page.

Exemptions

The business's average annual turnover does not exceed 100,000 ILS, so the site is exempt from the duty of accessibility under regulation 35F(g) of the Regulations. Despite the exemption, we have made the site accessible as described in this statement.
